Candles Shine With Glorious Light
Week
One: Hope
This
candle shines with glorious light,
A word of hope to those in night,
It brightly shines in night’s dark day,
And shows the hope God gives today.
Give
hope, O Lord, to us this day,
Make in our hearts a ready way.
That Christ, our Hope, our King, may come
Into our hearts and make His home.
Week
Two: Peace
These
candles shine with glorious light,
Gives peace and hope to those in night,
They brightly shine in night’s dark day,
Gives peace and hope for us today.
Give
peace, O Lord, to us this day,
Make in our hearts a ready way.
That Christ, our King of Peace, may come
Into our hearts and make His home.
Week
Three: Joy
These
candles shine with glorious light,
Gives peace and hope to those in night,
The joy they bring gives hope today,
And peace through Christ, Our Lord, in all our ways.
Give
Joy, O Lord, to us this day,
Make in our hearts a ready way.
That Christ, our Hope, our King, may come

Eve: Jesus' Birth

ear, for Christ, our Lord, this day,
Was born in such a humble way.
He is the Christ, Messiah, King
The Babe, the Lord of everything.
All
praise to God the Father be
And to this Child eternally!
And with the Spirit, all adore
The Lord of Glory ever more!
